Our Favorite Noosa Yoghurt Recovery Smoothie

Riding in the heat of summer has us craving something cool and sweet to finish off long days of riding. It’s something delicious we can gulp down on the couch after a cold shower. Fort Collins’ favorite yoghurt, Noosa, makes a great recovery smoothie base.

Here’s one of our summer favs:

  • 1 8-oz Noosa, such as raspberry

  • 1/2 c milk of choice

  • 1 banana

  • 3/4 c. frozen mixed berries

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 scoop Trade Joe’s Super Green Drink Powder- Berry Flavor (optional)

Blend it all up! Makes 1-2 servings, depending on your ride  Sometimes we also like to serve in a bowl, topped with our favorite homemade granola and eaten with a spoon.
